    @ bldude: I walked in with shorts (kneelong) in summer 2004 without any problems :) But i was not allowed to kaking pics in the lobby! I took a helicopter ride and the meeting point was at the lobby before we went to the top. @DVD: Felix is not only a bar, it is a restaurant as well. Did u went to restrooms? the view is amazing :)
