Good hotel, old but good. The only minus was a very long and slow check-in.
  • Fu Wah Centre, Simon (guest) wrote 11 years ago:
It was a horrible and violent experience happened in today's morning, involving two violent management staff . They were seen of the same age as mine. The junior one also framed me and spoke bad language many times to me before the public. They are both seen staying at the Fu Wah Centre! In this morning, I was wearing a deep green coat ,when I walked outside the 1/F of the centre, I found that my trousers were loosened. I then went into the rear stairway to fit it. When I went out, the junior staff came and shouted loudly impolitely that I had squatted down urinated on the stairway. When I asked him several times to see the recorded video there ,and asked him to go with me to see if there was any urine on the stairway or not, he also refused to do so. Meanwhile, he just shouted loudly and rudely before me and the public. For reasonable explanation, with the same requests to see together the above-mentioned things, another senior staff from the management office there also refused to do so. Meanwhile, he said again and again that the rear stairway is private place, any entries were not permitted. He also pointed to the two notice boards outside the stairway, however, it was not what the senior staff said. In my horrible experience, behaving before the public, the two management staff freely said something , not to see any evidence on repeated requests to further verify their sayings, spoke bad language loudly and gave violent actions to push me many times. It was many times that I moved backward so that I could make myself safer. The junior staff always behaved rudely ,refused to give me any opportunities to know his reasonable reasons to frame me and insulted me saying that he only worked there and paid for his salary himself. How can the impression of the Wah Fu Centre be promoted??
