  • Sai Kung Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, Caia64 (guest) wrote 13 years ago:
Dear Sirs, I live in Wo Mei Village in Sai Kung with my family composed of two children respectively of 12 and 10 years old. Unfortunately we have seen several times a lot of rats walking around the main parking lot going up to the residential area and this is due to the food left outside for the dogs to eat. There is little cleaning done and a lot of rotten food and dirt around......this is not very hygienic and can definitely be a health hazard for people and children living and playing in the area. Please kindly advise citizens to remove uneaten food for their domestic animals and to clean up after them as this attracts a lot of rats and diseases. Thanks for your kind understanding and help.
